PAWS will be participating in World Spay Day 2013 during the months of March and April. We plan to issue vouchers for specific amounts to be used toward spaying and neutering cats. These will be given to pet owners located in the communities of the St. John Valley based upon their need for financial assistance. The owners will be responsible for scheduling the surgeries with the veterinarian of their choice. Further details of the event will be published in the local media.
